Fantastic location, just steps from Central Park. The breakfast is abundant and offers great variety. Rooms are extremely small, which can feel cramped. Elevator wait times can be quite long due to the size of the hotel.

The location was incredible - just a block from central park and close to museums and subway 🌳🚇. However, the rooms were noisy and small. Overall, it was a convenient stay with friendly staff.

The front desk staff, both in the morning and evening, were wonderful and very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, which was a great convenience.
